Q: How long will it take for my website to be transferred to your platform?
A: There are plenty of variables to consider – the total number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our website migration experts, etc. Yet, we do try to carry out all website migrations in a 48–hour period. Smaller websites are transferred much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

Q: Do you require something from me before you start transferring my site?
A: Yup. We will need the name of the web site that you want us to migrate. We will also require a way to access your present web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your website.

Q: My current hosting account has sensitive info inside. How can I rely on you?

Q: How about downtime? Will my site be unavailable?
A: Nah. Your site will remain completely operational during the migration. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we will inform you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything is fine, all you will have to do is update your domain’s DNS records.

Q: Will my current hosting provider need to provide any info/assistance?
A: Nah. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the web site migration either.

Q: Which web hosting platforms do you support?
A: Yeah. We support all conventional Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, since we do not offer Windows web hosting services ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary website creation and management interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
